Well this week I didn't have the chance to go out & do some public drawing downtown or in Newport. I posted my 1st blog for Natural Awakenings Creative Expressions. I'm looking forward to the next one of those. I haven't uploaded any new songs in some time. I have some, but I just haven't shared them here. I do have an entry in Reverb Nation with the newer songs but (of course) they don't have the older songs. So, there you go: A hodge-podge network to cloud my music. I am going to be part of the artiZen art show opening on the 19th. Of course this is happening on the same day of the next Full Art Spectrum meeting. Luckily they're kinda close to each other so I may be able to jump back & forth between them but it's unlikely. Hmmm… I need a "representative" there at the show… I wonder what my dad is doing that Saturday? I didn't create any new art last week I can share yet. One was a montage for one of my newer fans Karen. She'll see it this week for the 1st time so after that it'll be up. It was fun to do & I used several representational techniques on it. It's actually one of those things I've been dying to experiment with & the best part is it doesn't really stand out as clashing. Currently I'm doing a piece "in stereo". I'll explain what that means a bit later after it's done because it was a request. I'm trying to finish up all the requests I've had because I probably have to get back into the "normal" workforce with new vigor. Of course, if anyone wants to help my cause by requesting items now I might be able to live off my art. Ah… that's my dream: To live off my creativity. I've done it a few times, so officially I've lived my dream, but I'd like to make it a career, not just something to do when nothing else is available. TTFN, TTYL
