Today would be the day to draw the raffle but unfortunately there weren't enough participants. All those who bought tickets will have their money returned per the rules of the contest. Thank you for your interest. The piece is, of course, available for direct purchase if you are interested.

My artwork is currently hanging at the Koji Studios. There will be an official art opening to come in the future. They're working out a date & are going to properly promote it. I really appreciated all those who came out for, I guess it should be called, the "preview" opening on Friday. It was well attended & great way to feel welcomed to Bellevue. I met a bunch of great new people & I will do all I can to bring new & different ideas to the gallery often.

If you weren't aware I've been doing the Creative Expressions blog at Natural Awakenings (for Cincinnati). I've been creating cartoons that have been featured on CincyVoices. I may be in a story being published by The Cincinnati Herald shortly. The Full Art Spectrum will be covered later this month by another magazine. This is all thrilling & more attention to things I hold dear & think are important than I ever expected! They all represent different things, different aspects of my life & this city, having different directions & different audiences but I'm amazed I've been able to keep up with it all so far. Thank you all for your support & interest.

Well, of course, that is if anyone is even reading this. I guess I could just be writing to an empty webiverse, kinda like pointing a laser gun into space & wondering if it'll ever hit something out there.

I've been stewing over several "BP Oil Spill" related cartoons & finally produced these few:

I'm also working on that currently untitled series about race, art, & society. I have several other requests going on at the same time as well as planning on moving so with everything else going on I'm definitely living in exciting times.

Don't forget TFAS's (The Full Art Spectrum) next meeting is coming up in a short matter of time (July 17th) followed by the Jazz Festival Collaborate Event at Coffee Emporium on the 30th. I hope to see you there.

Announced items being raffled will be raffled off the next Monday (before midnight Monday night) unless there were less than 7 days at which point it will be the following Monday.

All entries have a $2.00 minimum payment via PayPal (fees excluded)

Entries must be received before 12:01am on the Monday (morning) of the raffle

Every ¢ is an entry ticket in the raffle. $2.00 (not including any PayPal fees) equals 200 tickets. $2.01 purchases 201 tickets.

PayPal entrants are individualized per email identity. If the same person uses multiple emails to make multiple purchases they are treated as multiple entrants.

Annonymous, malformed contact information, or unreachable entrants (after 1 month of trying) are treated as donations (I can't reach you if you won anyway!)

If the minimum entries has not been purchased before 12:01a Monday (morning) entrees will be returned (PayPal fees will not be reimbursed, sorry).

Winners are responsible for shipping fees without any markup. The shipping fees include packaging (protective wrap, packing material, boxes, etc.) & postage fees (all items' default delivery company will be USPS). Insurance is available upon request.

theCreativeRoy (Roy W. Jones) retains all rights to the image, duplication, reproduction, promotions, or other intellectual rights to any artwork raffled off.
